Hello -
Welcome to Go Morocco, My advice will be similar to the one I just answered for traveling from Agadir to Fes:
http://www.gomorocco.com/moroccan-ra...ime-table.html
Except getting a train ticket to Larache instead.

Hope this helps.

Default hi!

hi! I have just come back from morocco, it was a great experience, I enjoyed every moment. I thank Abdel who provided me with good advice regarding travelling from Agadir to Fes, it was enjoyable and stress free journey, I landed at Agadir airport got a taxi to take me to SUPRATOUR bus station where I booked a train ticket to Fes, the ticket included the complete journey which included the four hour bus journey to Marrakesh train station and the a direct train from marrakesh to fes, it costed me 290 mdh about £23. the bus and the train journey was comfortable and relaxing. Abdel thanks for the advice. my advice to every one- visit Morocco, its a great place and the people are equally great and helpfull, trust me you will love this place and the people.
