I will be in Morocco in June and July. Does it rain anywhere during that time -- do I need to bring rain gear? Also, how cold does it get in the areas of the atlas (not trekking up to mountain tops or anything, just the gorges) and the rif -- how much warm clothes do I need?

When I opened this forum, I could only see one thread -- about gifts to bring. How can I see the other threads -- I'm sure there is very useful info here?

I've been here less than three weeks. I've had no need for rain gear. When it rains here, from what I've seen, it rains REALLY hard for a very short time.

But pack a pancho just to be safe.

Weather in Morocco is quite hot during these months. So do carry along a sun screen cream. As far as rainfall is concerned, there are no set rules. But when it rains, it literally pours. So do carry in some rain gear too.
