Hi - Welcome to GoMorocco.com, I'm glad you found the price list useful

The apartment rental in Casablanca depends like anywhere else on the location and size of the unit. Like MrRight mentioned it will varry from $200 to $2000.
About the utilities, for standard use I will say the water and electricity bill will range between $20 to $300 Dhs, Internet access depends on debit/pack you will get, between $10 to $40.

I hope this helps and feel free to ask any questions in the correspondent forum.

I wish you a happy experience and Welcome to Morocco!

Default Meat.

Hay Abdel, I hear a lot of folk down in those parts don't eat meat. Is that spendy? I can't imagine living vegetarian, but I can do it in a pinch.

In some few rural areas people have to wait for the weekly market (souk) to buy meat. also their salaries are relatively low.
In Morocco people love meat and can't go without eating it. Don't worry you will not go Vegetarian, you might discover the real taste of meat.
When I go to Morocco the meat quality (organic) is much better and tasty!

Do they eat a lot of goats or whatever? I want to get down on some goat cheese pizza.

Or just a nan with some tomato sauce and goat cheese on it.

Beef, lame, veal... goat's meat is more popular in the south/
for some odd reason "goat" never been appetizing to me. I always enjoyed beef and chicken. That's enough for me

I've had goat's milk, I've eaten goat cheese, but I dunno... It just doesn't sound like something I could really eat.

How's the cheese situation down there, can you get cheese at market? Or do you have to go to a grocery store or whatever?
