Me with my wife and 1 kid will stay in Morocco for 1 or 2 years

Is 1500 MAD a month 1 bedroom flat is in safe place and near to amenities?

I mean the surrounding is safe from robbery and clean

Please advise me

You know marrakech is safe except some street how are less safer than other , You can Find a flat of one bedroom at 1500 Mad but out side the city or in bad place , but you can find at 2000 or 2500 Mad clean and in nice place in Marrakech .

If I wanna stay for 1 year in Marrakech, which 1 bedroom flat is safe?

Thank you for the info..u stay in marrakech? actually i try to bring about 10 other people from my country

what is the name of the place if for 1500 mad? as long as it is not so dirty and safe from gangsters or robbers

is it easy to get a bus and taxi there?

If your going to need that much accommodation why not try a agency

Esteve with agency is more expensive he can try a local Moroccan Agency called in moroccan Semsar
the good place at this price is Dawdiat and avenue allal el fassi and some place in Massira like Massira 1 or Massira 2 these are good connected with bus and taxis and safe

How can I get the handphone number or phone of moroccan semsar?

Cause i wanna rent flat or apartment for 1 year, 1000 mad to 1500 mad per month budget (even far from town centre)

I got 5 families together with me

the majority of semsar dont have a an email , and they dont ^speak english ,
just tell me when are you caming to marrakech then i will chek with the contact i have and i let you know befor you come ,
and when you will be here i will conect you with .
