hello, as far as the activities to be done while in Marrakech; you will visit the historical monuments ( palaces, coranic school, museum, Majorel garden, etc), the Souks (traditional markets located in the ancient medina). you can also have a tour of the city either in the touristic bus or horse carriage. besides you can go out of marrakech for a day or two to see the mountains and waterfalls of the ourika valley which is 1:30 H away from marrakech

Hi hpoco, Marrakech is lovely in March, not too hot. be sure to visit Djemma el fna. Snake charmers, musicians and entertainers by day, by night sample the Moroccan cuisine at the numerous stalls. The Souk is a must and you will find many things to tempt you....but be prepared to bargain...haggling is expected and can be fun once you get used to it. You can get a lovely view of the sunset from the roof terrace of the Cafe Argana.

Hope you enjoy your trip, I'm sure you will find like I did it will be the first of many. As a country it has much to commend it. let us know how your trip goes.

Hello Abdel,
yes indeed, but for certain people, Marrakech becomes boring after the 4th day. thats why they go for excursios around the city. hopefully there are plenty of things to see and experience outside Marrakech
