<p>Since 1965, when the Jeannot family took over this restaurant, which first opened in 1893, it has become an institution. Located on the seafront overlooking the beach with its seagulls, its menu is devoted to a typically Mediterranean cuisine. Pride of place is given to oysters, sea-urchins, giant prawns, squid, lobster and whole fish. The waiters advise you under the watchful eye of Jeannot, captain of the Chalet de la Plage.</p>
