Intereting Rozz bel Hleeb as desert? I used to eat it as main dish! lol
anyway nice selection: my fav is t9aliya! i'm not sure how to explain that in english! lol then there's L7am Rass: smoked meat.. Besstila, Couscous is popular, seffa, rfissa, and a load of the Moroccan goodies!
