I think that each city in Morocco has its own and comfortable hotels, for example in Rabat there exist many hotels like, Sofitel, Hiltom,Farah and many others. So the answer for this question: what's the best hotel in Morocco remains relative.

there's nice hotels everywhere I guess Mamounia is one of the best worldwide not just in Morocco
