Simple to make. Serve with a spicy Moroccan tomato sauce. SERVES 4 Ingredients
* 1 bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 tablespoon thyme
* 1 tablespoon oregano
* 1 onion, finely chopped
* 1 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1/4 teaspoon harissa or hot chili sauce
* salt
Directions 1.Clean and finely chop the mint.
2.Mix all the ingredients really thoroughly in a big bowl.
3.Form meatballs with your hands, not too big!
4.Either cook these keftas in a pan with a little olive oil for 10 mintes, or thread them on skewers and grill them on the BBQ for 5 minutes or so.
