lol, I know I like gueduid too and Lekhli3 but not Kordass

Gueduid and Kordas are too kind of aged meat from Eid Lekbir when we sacrifice the sheep.
Gueduid is lean and dry meat, Kordass is too but mostly is fat. usually cooked with couscous.

Kurdas and Guidid are a sort of tradtional food that most Mococcan people made affter Eid Adha especially in the countryside. As many people prefer to hang meat under the sun rather than putting it in a refrigerator for a period of time and then cook it and eat it especially in the day of Ichora.
