That's just wrong but to be fair I understand that she didn't want to hire her because it's a hair related business. but I don't feel bad for her simply because she's not a smart business woman and she doesn't know the laws to protect her business and giving the opportunity for such a law suite is just stupid.. I think she deserves a larger fine for her stupidity lol

What about her skills? is she good or not? did you get the chance to try her? I agree that the looks of the workers should give a good first impression especially in woman matters though..

It is unfortunate on what happened and that her feelings got hurt , but she didn't hire her she was just conducting interviews to fill the position, it is like anyone else , they could of went on the interview and felt that the owner hurt their feelings and sued her . It is hard to really take sides because none of us were in the room while it all took place so who knows what was said, it is ones word against the other. But as a women who goes to a salon and gets her hair done , I really wouldn't care if she covered her hair if she does a good job she does a good job thats all that matters.

I totally agree, it's about the skills and not the look. the good part is now she got enough money to own her own hair salon and hire whoever she wants
