don't feel bad brother, you are just fine, do what you have to do and everything else come. we all know we have to pray regularly one day. I better start as soon possible cos i'm getting old

It's hard to pray during winter, when you have to "twedda" nari I can't! That's why many people don't pray, because of "lwdou"! lol

Praying is good for you, not just spiritually It's healthy check out these yoga positions and see the similarity.
I know these movements through exercises I do myself, for my back maybe if I'd been born muslim I would't have the back problems I have today.

Impressive that's one thing about Islam, there's wisdom after every single detail. Imagine praying 5 times a day, thats the best Yoga ever
